Control

CIRCLE detects deviations from defined standards during production and displays them clearly during production. Production downtimes caused by faults that are detected too late are minimized. Quality and production output are increased by evaluating the data in real time.

Information

Extensive visualizations such as charts, statistics and graphs are already available in the basic installation. In addition, CIRCLE offers numerous interfaces for seamless integration into the company environment. Evaluations can be exported in real time to other formats such as EXCEL, XML, TXT, HTML or PDF via the CIRCLE Open Interface.

Recording

CIRCLE communicates directly with the machine control system and can process additional data via open interfaces, for example from a measuring and testing laboratory.

In collaboration with Stadtwerke Düsseldorf, we have successfully connected five containers to our CIRCLE platform. This advanced solution enables real-time monitoring of critical sensor data and offers comprehensive visualization and reporting functions.

Cloud hosting: The platform is hosted on high-performance Linux cloud servers from Hetzner.
Sensor monitoring: Online monitoring continuously records sensor data such as current, voltage and container temperatures.
